Fees
Because our setups are designed to be reused for many celebrations, we kindly ask families to treat all items with care. In the event of damage, the following fees apply:

Cleaning
We’re committed to keeping everything fresh, clean, and ready for magical memories at each and every party! After each party:

Mattresses, pillows, and blankets are fully sanitized.

Sheets and pillowcases are washed with hypoallergenic detergent.

Snack trays and décor items are disinfected and wiped down.

Timing
Parties can start as early as 5:00 PM, and pick-up will be scheduled within 24 hours after the party begins.
